How to Carry Your Fat

By C. Lynn Steele

Here’s another interesting tidbit for you.  A camel, despite its fatty hump, has a straight spine.

The same hold true for a fat donkey.  It carries fat in rolls along either side of it’s spine.

But when it comes to us bi-peds we seem to have no end of back problems due to the excess we carry on our belly or hips.

This is enough to make you start eating bananas!!!! Lots of bananas as a weight loss program.

About Barb

I escaped from a hardscrabble farm in Oklahoma. I'm not sure why people think I have an accent. I miss the sunshine, but not the fried foods.

The Dolly Parton types have the most problems with their backs.

The US Army did a study and found the most effective way to carry a load is to balance it on your head. Not too practical under fire, though. So the trick is to wear compression garments that push all the fat up to the top of the skull. Then wear a damn big hat!
