Every day…we dance with change

• Relationships.
• Work.
• Growing UP, or OLD, or CRAZY.

I’ve had plenty of battles between my Sweetie-Pie-Self and my Inner Hooligan when it comes to change. I’m sharing them with you, starting with Grandma Moses’ advice:

Life is what we make it, always has been, always will be.

And there you have it. Sinner and Saint. This means I’ve got the credentials to poke fun of the journey we’re all on.(It’s called a birth certificate.)  Okay…it’s also called being a mom, wife, friend, annoying relative, advertising director, college instructor, freelance writer, and goofball neighbor.

On the tabs at the top of the blog, there’s a Two Pan Page. I gouge the past, making us see how much has changed before we even arrived on the planet.

In other posts I rattle the present.  And the conclusion I’m bullied into touting:
Change is inevitable…no matter how much I squint at it. (However, it usually looks a little better through squinty eyes).

I’m now reveling in the Grace Kelly arc of my life. (Which means I’ve finally gained enough confidence to forget the Clairol and flourish my Okie accent. To let my roots show, and give a gleeful, erudite sniff at what folks think.

It’s all about humor and hope..which helps with change.
